PKRWin may require identity verification (Know Your Customer, or KYC) at any time — typically before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds or if unusual activity is detected on an account. Acceptable documents include a valid CNIC, passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to complete verification when requested will result in withdrawal processing being placed on hold until verification is complete.

Deposits via Easypaisa and JazzCash are credited to your PKRWin balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Deposits via bank transfer (IBFT) may take up to 30 minutes during business hours. If a deposit does not appear in your balance within the expected timeframe, contact PKRWin support with your transaction reference number.
Withdrawal requests are processed by the PKRWin payments team, typically within 5 to 15 minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day. Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method that has been previously used to deposit to the account or has been verified as belonging to the account holder. This is a security measure to prevent fraud.
Funds deposited at PKRWin are for gaming purposes only. Deposits made and immediately withdrawn without meaningful gaming activity may be flagged as suspicious and investigated. PKRWin is not a money transfer service and accounts used for that purpose will be closed.
All bonuses, promotions, and free credits offered by PKRWin — including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and Refer a Friend rewards — are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer as well as these general Terms. Most PKRWin bonuses carry a wagering requirement — a specified number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, depending on the offer) must be wagered before the resulting balance can be withdrawn. Failure to complete wagering requirements within the specified period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.

The PKRWin Refer a Friend programme pays cash rewards for introducing new qualifying players. Referral rewards are real withdrawable PKR balance with no wagering requirements. Game Results Are Final: Once a game round has been completed and the result confirmed by our servers, that result is final. PKRWin cannot reverse a completed game outcome.
